Senior Associate, Offering Operations
Alea Mayfield assists with preparing, drafting, and editing various private placement offering documents and provides paralegal support as needed. During the offering process, she provides quality assurance for REIT documents and investor packages.
Alea began at REIT Funding as a seasonal temp in 2016 while attending graduate school and joined the team full time in 2019. She earned a BS from Christopher Newport University and an MS from Georgia State University.
