Charles Harrison brought his unique insight and proven expertise to all operations and co-founded H&L Equities, LLC. He held Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses and participated actively in NAREIT, the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate, and The Real Estate Roundtable. He authored numerous articles on tax and structure matters.

Prior to establishing REIT Funding in 1998, he spent 25 years as a partner at Arthur Andersen & CO, SC, concentrating on real estate and international taxation. He holds a Georgia State University degree.
